How we handle corrections

We check every correction against the official source, usually the vendor’s pricing, help or legal pages. If a fact on our page is wrong or out of date, we fix it, update the “last checked” date on the page and, where it matters, note what changed. If we think a page is accurate as it stands, we’ll reply and point you to the source we used.

To help us check quickly, please include:

• the link to the page and the sentence or table row in question;
• what you think is wrong, and a link to an official source if you have one;
• whether you work for the company concerned. That’s fine, we just like to know.
